Based in Dover, Ohio, J & J Refuse is one of the largest independently owned refuse carriers serving eastern Ohio and is part of the Kimble family of companies, which was founded by Floyd and Doris Kimble in 1950.
Today, the Kimble Companies include Kimble Clay and Limestone, Penn-Ohio Coal, Red Hill Development, Central Fuel, Kimble Sanitary Landfill, Kimble Transfer and Recycling, Ace Disposal and J & J Refuse.
J & J Refuse and our sister company, Ace Disposal provide dependable, cost-effective and environmentally responsible services to residential, commercial and industrial customers in 20 counties in eastern Ohio.
In addition to our array of waste collection and disposal services for residential, commercial and industrial customers, J & J Refuse is a leading provider of recycling services, collecting recyclables and transporting them to a clean Material Recovery Facility to be sorted and baled for market.
